About Steve

I used to be a hair stylist, that was my passion.

It all started when my brother Alex (whom I work with now) asked me if being a hair stylist, was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life? Will it provide, for my own family down the road? Would I have enough time for my family, if I pursue this career? Then, I thought about my interest in real estate, so I decided to get my license. My parents started investing, residential and pre-construction. I even got a condo unit for myself! The return from my parents investments really got me. Thats when I knew this is what I want to do, and also invest in real estate myself!

I want to help people whether its my family members, friends or clients find their forever home, next investment property or downsizing.
